We were excited to be spending one week in the state of Colorado, three nights in Denver at a pet sit and four in Colorado Springs.
From our tidal bore experience in Moncton, New Brunswick we were now on the road to another pet sitting assignment in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia.
After our few days in Montréal we needed to get on the road to our next pet sit. However, we encountered a small, or rather a large, problem when we woke up …. a big snow storm.
With being on the go so much in America we hadn’t found any petsitting assignments that fitted our busy schedule. But when one came up for 10 days in the new year we jumped at the opportunity. Our first petsitting assignment in America took us to the smallest state – Rhode Island.
As our time as a full-time travelling family hits two years we thought it was a good time to review and reflect on Our Awesome World Adventure so far.
Our third petsit had us nestled into suburbia about 30 minutes south of the centre of Calgary and looking after two sweet dogs, Ginger and Willow.
After our mini break on Pender Island we were back to Vancouver Island for our second petsit assignment.
After our extra two days in Japan we ended up being on the Asian continent for 488 days. We were ready to head to North America and see what it had in store for us. First stop…. “Canada eh?”….
