After a disappointing start to accommodation in Sihanoukville, Logan was quickly on booking.com to see what else might be available in our price range in the area.
Thankfully he found the Jully Anna Guesthouse just 200 metres down the road. He walked down first thing in the morning to check it out and view the room and came back very happy. The room was a large space with two large double beds, bathroom, air-conditioning unit, small fridge and TV. As is quite usual we didn’t use the TV and while the Wi-Fi was patchy at times we were very comfortable and happy, especially after our previous room fail at Otres Marina. The common area was good with plenty of tables and chairs, staff were very friendly and helpful, there was a pool table and a few lounge chairs by the pool. The pool was clean and well maintained and the boys loved the changing coloured lights that came on in the pool in the evening.Breakfasts at the Jully Anna were very nice and there are plenty of restaurants and bars along the beach with Banana Beach II Restaurant & Bar being a firm favourite – good prices and good food/drinks.
- Otres Beach II – 50m
- Otres Village – 1.2km
There are plenty of tuk tuks around and it’s quite easy to hire a scooter/moto.
Price – $46.67 NZD per night (included breakfast)
